Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Plan, lead, and follow up on quality assurance activities within development projects
Ensure quality assurance in technical reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR)
Oversee quality aspects during prototype manufacturing
Participate in risk and opportunity assessments
Support configuration management activities to ensure correct handling of deviations, problem reports, and changes
Plan and implement Lessons Learned activities
Drive quality processes to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering (Civil/University level) or equivalent relevant experience
Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable quality activities
Experience working with quality assurance in development or industrial projects
Good understanding of quality methods, processes, and standards
Strong communication skills with proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience working in cross-functional teams and complex project environments
