Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Plan, coordinate, direct, monitor, and organize production quality activities at our suppliers to ensure project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality activities at supplier sites, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate the availability of necessary resources internally and at supplier locations to facilitate project execution.
- Manage customer testimonials at supplier sites, primarily via remote communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, or similar.
- Collect, review, and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, certificates, and instructions, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Continuously track and report on the status of the project’s 20-40 suppliers, identifying potential risks and issues early.
What you bring:
- Engineering degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Swedish is highly desirable.
- Experience or training related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and cooperative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in driving projects forward.
- Previous experience in a quality organization is highly valued.
- Professional experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in project quality management or a similar role.
