Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the AI lab by developing, analyzing, and prototyping new technical solutions in the AI field.
Build and improve proprietary AI systems in combination with open-source components to strengthen the organization’s AI capabilities.
Conduct exploratory work independently in areas where solutions are not yet defined.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across systems development, AI strategy, governance, communication, and legal teams.
Work according to agile principles to ensure technical and methodological excellence.

What you bring:

Strong experience with Python for development and AI applications.
Experience with React or another frontend language.
Proficiency with Git for version control.
Familiarity with agile working methods and Scrum, and alignment with agile values.
Completed training to ensure code meets digital accessibility requirements according to EN301 549 standard.
Additional skills that are a merit include React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AI governance, machine learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LLMs, RAG, data ethics and security, vector databases, Helm, Quarkus, and Java.
