Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Migrate test cases from Robot Framework to Pytest across both component and domain integration levels
Validate all migrated test cases in collaboration with the owning teams to ensure full functionality and alignment
Develop parameterized and auto-generated test cases as needed, supporting ongoing feature development
Contribute to the testing of integrated vehicle functionalities including infotainment, connectivity, diagnostics, power modes, Bluetooth pairing, mobile network access, Wi-Fi hotspots, OTA updates, media playback, voice control, navigation, and smartphone platform integration (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay)
Lead or support stakeholder collaboration, test governance meetings, request prioritization, and ensure seamless daily test execution

What you bring:

Mandatory on-site availability in Gothenburg; remote work is not permitted
Proven experience with Robot Framework and Python for test development and automation
Prior work experience in Sweden and with an automotive customer
For senior test engineer role: minimum 5 years of experience, with ability to lead test coordination and contribute to test strategy and planning
For test engineer roles: minimum 3 years of hands-on testing experience in relevant domains
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and cross-team dependencies
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, sufficient for all aspects of the assignment
