Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Analyze requirements to identify testable features and ensure comprehensive coverage
- Design detailed manual test cases, create test data and execute tests across system, integration and regression levels
- Execute automated end-to-end test cases and contribute to improving automation coverage
- Identify, document and track defects through established tools and processes
- Maintain full traceability between requirements, test cases and results
- Prepare clear and actionable test reports for stakeholders, providing visibility into quality and progress
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with a global agile team, sharing insights, challenges and improvements
- Support ad hoc testing needs and contribute to continuous enhancement of test frameworks and strategies
- Mentor and guide other QA team members to strengthen overall team capability
What you bring:
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience across mobile, web and API environments
- Deep expertise in manual testing, including test case design, test data creation and full test execution
- Hands-on testing experience with mobile and web applications
- Ability to write automation scripts in Node.js/TypeScript or Python
- Strong understanding of Gherkin syntax and behavior-driven testing
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and standard defect tracking/documentation practices
- Experience preparing detailed, stakeholder-friendly test reports
- Background in agile ways of working, including PI planning and sprint ceremonies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in distributed global teams
- Self-driven, proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Experience with QA leadership or mentoring responsibilities
- Meriting experience with Selenium/Playwright, Detox/WebdriverIO or similar tools
- Familiarity with API testing and database queries
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
