Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineering Lead – CI/CD & Secure Development to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and execute a scalable quality strategy aligned with business goals, incorporating security as a core component
- Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement across multiple agile teams
- Establish and standardize QA processes while supporting team autonomy and secure development practices
- Integrate automated testing and security validations within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable feedback loops
- Define pipeline standards for test coverage, quality gates, and security thresholds across the delivery organization
- Mentor and guide developers and QA engineers on quality engineering and secure coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are testable, observable, and secure
- Lead quality planning and risk assessments throughout release cycles, addressing potential security vulnerabilities
- Design and maintain robust automated testing frameworks, including static analysis and performance testing tools
- Champion shift-left testing methodologies to promote early validation and vulnerability prevention
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies for enhancing test effectiveness and pipeline resilience
- Drive adoption of AI/ML tools for automating quality assurance, security analysis, and defect prediction
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, experimentation, and quality-first mindset across all levels of the organization
What you bring:
- Proven experience defining and implementing quality engineering strategies at scale in agile environments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience embedding automated tests and security validations
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks, static code analysis, and security scanning tools
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineering teams and promoting best practices in secure development
- Experience in quality metrics development, reporting, and quality governance across multiple teams
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with AI-driven tools for test automation, security analysis, or defect prediction is a plus
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to drive change, influence cross-functional teams, and align quality initiatives with business outcomes
