Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting for the company
Prepare and deliver regulatory reporting to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable frameworks
Take ownership of designated accounting areas and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Manage a wide range of accounting tasks, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance to drive efficiency and consistency in reporting processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and reporting workflows

What you bring

Academic degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, or a similar finance role
Experience working in large corporate environments, ideally within the financial sector
Background in financial industry, regulatory reporting, or international group reporting/consolidation (strong advantage)
Interest in developing expertise in regulatory reporting frameworks and the banking industry
Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and processes
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions used in accounting
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working approach
Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
