Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Requirement Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate closely with the business to identify, analyze, and document requirements for the development of new IT systems
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for system suppliers
Ensure alignment among stakeholders and safeguard that all critical requirements are captured throughout the development process
Coordinate and facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and IT providers to clarify expectations and requirements
Follow up and verify that delivered systems meet original requirements and deliver business value
Drive the transition to new solutions that integrate with order management, supply chain, and inventory replenishment systems, ensuring value creation for both the business and customers

What you bring:

At least five years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst within IT and system implementation in larger organizations
Proven ability to manage business requirements successfully, with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Experience working with IT vendors, technical teams, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of logistics, retail, and unified commerce environments
Structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to manage complexity and drive progress in demanding projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both IT and business stakeholders
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience in regulatory operations or logistics systems is an advantage
Desirable experience in store flows, supply chain, or VMS, with retail or pharmacy industry background considered a strong asset
