Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Retail Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and guide the solution architecture for web and mobile solutions that digitize work in physical retail environments
- Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams and architects to set technical direction in a modern cloud landscape
- Design scalable, secure and sustainable integration patterns, including robust connections to enterprise backend platforms such as SAP S4
- Translate business needs and functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Contribute to requirements work, architectural documentation and compliance with security and legal standards
- Work cross-functionally in agile teams with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Support development teams with architectural guidance, best practices and technical decision-making
What you bring:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
- Background in designing solutions for web and/or mobile applications
- Experience integrating with large enterprise systems (SAP S4/CAR is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of API design and modern integration patterns
- Experience working in environments with multiple teams and complex dependencies
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with store-facing retail applications
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Knowledge of modern web/mobile technologies (e.g., React, React Native, Java, headless CMS)
- Experience with integration and event-driven architectures (Kafka, EventHub, REST/ODATA)
- Knowledge of microservices and API Management
- Experience with IAM solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID / AD
- Experience with databases and search technologies (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cosmos DB)
- Experience from retail environments and large-scale digitalization programs (merit)
- Certifications such as SAFe or TOGAF (merit)
- Experience with design systems, component libraries or UX-oriented architecture (merit)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (merit)
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
