Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior RF Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the development of advanced radio systems with a focus on RF board design and validation
Design, test, and optimize RF circuits and components to meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards
Perform laboratory testing and validation using industry-standard measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
Execute and improve automated test systems developed in Matlab to ensure accuracy and efficiency in validation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate RF designs into larger system architectures
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvements in both hardware and test automation workflows

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in RF board design and hardware development
Strong laboratory experience with hands-on skills in measurement, testing, and validation of RF systems
Proficiency in handling RF test and measurement equipment in a lab environment
Experience running and adapting automated test systems built in Matlab
Practical knowledge and experience with Cadence Allegro for PCB design and layout
Strong Python skills for test automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization
Fluency in Swedish, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
