Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior RF Power Amplifier (PA) Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design power amplifiers based on RF principles and architectures (e.g., Class AB, B, F, Doherty)
  • Conduct performance measurements such as Psat, Gain, AMPM, Efficiency, and ACLR using signal generators, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
  • Work with PA transistor technologies such as GaN and address related challenges
  • Implement reliability and robustness measures, including thermal management
  • Collaborate with system and hardware teams to integrate PA designs into radio products

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in RF design and power amplifier architectures
  • Strong understanding of transistor physics, particularly GaN technology
  • Experience in performance measurement and parameter analysis
  • Skilled in debugging and optimizing PA designs
  • Knowledge of linearization techniques and system optimization
  • Familiarity with RF measurement equipment and calibration techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
