Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Safety Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan and coordinate functional safety activities in accordance with ISO 26262
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety requirements are met
Conduct safety analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Develop and maintain safety plans and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Support the development and validation of safety-critical systems to ensure compliance with functional safety standards

What you bring:

M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field
Strong knowledge of embedded systems and functional safety (ISO 26262)
Experience in planning and coordinating safety activities within product development
Analytical and structured approach with a result-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-driven with a proactive problem-solving attitude
Fluency in English (Swedish is preferred)
Previous experience as a Safety Manager working with ISO 26262-compliant products is highly meriting
Basic knowledge of embedded systems and power electronics is a plus
