Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Safety Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Plan and coordinate functional safety activities in accordance with ISO 26262
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety requirements are met
  • Conduct safety analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Develop and maintain safety plans and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
  • Support the development and validation of safety-critical systems to ensure compliance with functional safety standards

What you bring:

  • M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems and functional safety (ISO 26262)
  • Experience in planning and coordinating safety activities within product development
  • Analytical and structured approach with a result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-driven with a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English (Swedish is preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Safety Manager working with ISO 26262-compliant products is highly meriting
  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems and power electronics is a plus
