Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and refine both small and large features for products on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end process of feature development, from problem identification to solution implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business problems and define the approach to solving them.
• Break down features into user stories, guiding the team through discussions to finalize development plans.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements, such as performance and security, are integrated into the development process.
• Maintain adherence to architectural principles and proactively manage technical debt on the platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in developing on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Integration.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Management best practices, Sharing and Security Models, and Integration Patterns.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and the Order of Execution.
• Experience with software engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) within the Salesforce environment.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer PD1/PD2, Administrator ADM201/ADM211, Integration Architect).
• Ability to independently design and develop solutions that effectively address business needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in diverse, international teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working in teams with front-end development skills.
• Background in the automotive domain.
