Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop, configure, and enhance solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to ensure aligned and efficient deliveries
Implement best practices for development, security, and deployment in Salesforce
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and architecture
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards within financial services
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
Provide technical guidance to colleagues and support knowledge sharing across teams

What you bring:

Proven experience in Salesforce development
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and API frameworks
Background in banking or financial services
Experience working in large organizations with complex data models and regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious experience:

Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer)
Experience with Java or other backend programming languages
Knowledge of governance, data protection, and compliance within financial environments
