Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP EAM/PM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze, design, and implement solutions to improve maintenance processes
Collaborate with business and IT teams to manage requirements and ensure alignment
Configure the SAP EAM/PM system and prepare development documentation
Work closely with process teams to deliver end-to-end process improvements
Support and guide users in their daily work with SAP solutions
Document processes, configurations, and test results in a clear and structured manner

What you bring:

Strong ability to communicate and translate business needs into technical solutions
Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving process and system-related problems
Knowledge of maintenance strategies such as reactive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance
Experience in structuring and quality-assuring technical master data
Understanding of digitalization of maintenance processes, including automation, IoT, and sensor data utilization
Familiarity with project methodologies such as SAP Activate, agile practices, or the waterfall model
Fluency in both English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international and local context
