What you will work on:

• Lead the preparation and execution of cut-over activities within Operations for the SAP spin-off project.
• Coordinate all validation and testing activities, including Integration, UAT, and Mock Cut-over, ensuring operational readiness.
• Ensure alignment with the IS/IT workstream and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Own the Operations readiness checklist and provide sign-off at Day 0.
• Manage escalations and decision-making during the cut-over weekend to ensure a smooth transition.

What you bring:

• Deep expertise in SAP PP/MM and strong understanding of shopfloor and logistics processes.
• Proven experience leading ERP cut-over projects, carve-outs, or greenfield implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and structure complex activities for successful project delivery.
• Prior senior-level experience in operational transitions, testing, and validation within ERP environments.
