Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Reporting Lead to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the Reporting and Analytics workstream, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Define, maintain, and execute the Reporting and Analytics strategy, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and business needs.
• Utilize SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools to design, prototype, and implement reporting solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with business leaders and process owners to gather requirements and define reporting needs.
• Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Data Management team to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Establish best practices for reporting and analytics governance in collaboration with the IT Business Intelligence team.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to drive adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
• Support change management efforts by demonstrating the value of analytics in optimizing business processes.
• Monitor and report on workstream performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project milestones.

What You Bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of ETL data migration concepts.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, visualization, and integration techniques.
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in a global, multi-site environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead effective group sessions both in person and remotely.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business conditions.
• College or university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
