Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Guide and support the team in delivering high-quality solutions for the loyalty program.
  • Facilitate planning and prioritization of tasks for upcoming releases.
  • Ensure effective collaboration within the cross-functional team, including Project Managers, API technicians, and CRM experts.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and optimize the delivery process by promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within the CRM and Loyalty Program domain.
  • Strong background in project delivery and team facilitation in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst combined with the Scrum Master role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and team success.
  • Ability to navigate complex requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
