Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a development team through Scrum Master duties, including sprint planning, facilitating scrum rituals, and supporting development, architecture, and testing
Manage release planning and coordinate releases, ensuring timely and effective delivery to customers, partners, and end users
Collaborate closely with two business product owners and one IT product owner to address and prioritize requirements from both business and IT perspectives
Work in a Microsoft-based development environment, focusing on backend development with C# and .NET and administrative interfaces in Angular
Support the team in developing solutions for both on-prem and Azure-based platforms

What you bring:

Proven experience in software development, ideally within Microsoft environments (C#, .NET, Angular)
Strong background in project and release planning, with the ability to estimate and manage project timelines effectively
Extensive Scrum Master experience, with expertise in coordinating efforts across development, architecture, and testing
Excellent communication and planning abilities, with a structured and organized approach
Familiarity with budget management and financial planning is advantageous
Experience in establishing and anchoring effective work methods in new teams, especially those involved in both self-development and integration
Fluent in English and Swedish.
