Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient team operations.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks to enhance their understanding and adoption of Agile practices.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to maintain alignment and transparency across teams.
- Work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
- Address and resolve obstacles and conflicts within teams to maintain productivity.
- Support teams in implementing changes effectively to optimize workflows and processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and performance.
- Build a productive environment where team members feel ownership of the product and enjoy their work.
What you bring:
- Familiarity with software development; a developer background is a plus but not required.
- Courage, empathy, and demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong coaching skills to support development teams and coordinate with other teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage Agile projects.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and SAFe methodology to drive team success.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to foster collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and maintain team focus.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- A team player attitude with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
