Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Identify and remove impediments to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to encourage self-organization
  • Align priorities with Product Owners and maintain a groomed and actionable backlog
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Release Train Engineers, and management to achieve team objectives
  • Promote innovation, quality, and continuous delivery practices

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Android Open Source Project (AOSP)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster team trust and collaboration
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Android Studio
  • Ability to support minor development tasks is a plus but not required
