Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Identify and remove impediments to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to encourage self-organization
Align priorities with Product Owners and maintain a groomed and actionable backlog
Collaborate with stakeholders, Release Train Engineers, and management to achieve team objectives
Promote innovation, quality, and continuous delivery practices

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and Android Open Source Project (AOSP)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and foster team trust and collaboration
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Android Studio
Ability to support minor development tasks is a plus but not required
