Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and support an existing development team working according to lean-agile principles
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement in ways of working
Foster collaboration within the team and across the organization
Act as a coach to guide the team in agile practices and principles
Enable transparency, alignment, and focus towards delivering business value
Help the team navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and thrive in a dynamic environment

What you bring:

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within IT development
Strong understanding of lean-agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban
Technical background or extensive experience in leading and coaching development teams
Preferably prior experience as a developer combined with senior agile leadership experience
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong collaborations across the organization
Coaching leadership style with the courage to handle conflicts constructively
Ability to thrive in a high-paced, flexible environment with strong development focus
