Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master – Mechanical Design (Chassis Front) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Act as Scrum Master for the chassis front design team, ensuring efficient and effective use of agile methods.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the team in following the client’s PD-Process and coach team members in agile practices.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.

What you bring:

  • Preferably 4–5 years of experience working with the client and a strong understanding of their PD-Process.
  • Certification and proven experience as a Scrum Master (highly meriting).
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and deliver in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across functions.
