Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Facilitate and continuously improve all Scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the team in agile principles, fostering trust, openness, and continuous learning.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery flow.
- Collaborate with management, architects, and other teams to define and establish the Product Communication domain.
- Identify and remove impediments, promote cross-team collaboration, and ensure consistent value delivery.
- Create an environment that balances delivery, learning, and well-being, enabling each team member to perform at their best.
What you bring:
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development context.
- Hands-on experience facilitating cross-functional agile teams with developers, testers, and product owners.
- Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based systems (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Practical experience using Jira for agile project management.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish is an advantage.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly meriting.
- Experience within automotive, aftermarket, or workshop information systems and large R&D organizations is a plus.
