Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery according to Scrum principles
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Drive and coordinate IT development initiatives and lifecycle management activities, including application and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage and prioritize production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of service improvements
- Support continuous improvement of team performance, delivery processes, and ways of working
- Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), security policies, accessibility standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategies
- Support planning and execution of initiatives within ongoing investment areas such as lifecycle upgrades, GDPR retention, data consolidation, and regulatory compliance projects
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within IT development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying Scrum in practice
- Experience managing application and infrastructure lifecycle activities
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Experience handling production incidents and driving service improvements
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and accessibility standards
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and IT
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Swedish is an advantage
