Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery according to Scrum principles
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
Drive and coordinate IT development initiatives and lifecycle management activities, including application and infrastructure upgrades
Manage and prioritize production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of service improvements
Support continuous improvement of team performance, delivery processes, and ways of working
Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), security policies, accessibility standards, and regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategies
Support planning and execution of initiatives within ongoing investment areas such as lifecycle upgrades, GDPR retention, data consolidation, and regulatory compliance projects

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within IT development environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying Scrum in practice
Experience managing application and infrastructure lifecycle activities
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
Experience handling production incidents and driving service improvements
Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and accessibility standards
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and IT
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English; Swedish is an advantage
