Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the team in agile principles, fostering trust, openness, and continuous learning.
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and delivery flow management.
Collaborate with management, architects, and teams to shape the Product Communication domain.
Remove impediments, enhance cross-team collaboration, and ensure consistent value delivery.
Enable team members to balance delivery, learning, and well-being.

What you bring:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent, with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
Strong experience in agile leadership, facilitation, and coaching of high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or workshop systems, or similar R&D environments is advantageous.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills.
Pedagogical, people-focused, and innovation-driven mindset.
Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
