Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Heavy Truck Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead the development of the Brake pedal in a new heavy truck project.
  • Manage internal and external timelines in collaboration with system suppliers across Europe.
  • Monitor and follow up on test results, taking appropriate actions based on outcomes.
  • Report project status to the Project Management team.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time.

What you bring:

  • Proven product development experience within the cab area of heavy vehicles.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a lead engineer at an automotive customer (e.g., GDL / ETL).
  • Strong curiosity, proactivity, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks under tight schedules.
  • Knowledge of tools and systems including KOLA, PDM-Link, Catia V5, and Jira.
