Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the global delivery of IT equipment services, ensuring performance against contractual commitments on cost, volume, and quality.
Manage evolving business needs and translate them into effective service delivery.
Act as the primary interface with global IT hardware suppliers for phones, tablets, computers, monitors, and related equipment.
Drive initiatives and projects within the End User IT Equipment Services area to continuously improve the digital workplace experience.

What you bring:

University or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user services within the digital workplace area.
Strong knowledge of IT equipment delivery (mobile devices, tablets, computers, and peripherals).
Experience with IT service management, ideally with ServiceNow.
Background in ITIL practices (SIAM knowledge is an advantage).
Proven ability to steer projects and analyze business requirements.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Strong service and business orientation with negotiation and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proactive, goal-driven, and open-minded with a natural ability to engage stakeholders.
