Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager – Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage the end-to-end IT service delivery for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Act as a key point of coordination between business operations, internal IT teams and external service providers
Drive effective supplier management and follow-up of service levels (SLA) and performance metrics (KPIs)
Oversee release planning, incident management and problem resolution
Ensure stable, high-quality service delivery with continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare service reports and provide clear communication to stakeholders
Secure alignment between business needs and IT service delivery

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management within complex environments
Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations services
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working with SLA and KPI management
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of both business processes and technical landscapes
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience from retail environments (meritorious)
Experience working with larger integration landscapes (20+ integrations, meritorious)
Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong delivery focus
Relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills
Structured, self-driven and able to prioritize in complex environments
Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
