Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct dialogues with clients and users to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements specifications.
Develop, implement, and maintain solutions in ServiceNow based on requirements.
Create and manage data to support prioritization and decision-making.
Continuously communicate status, progress, and updates to stakeholders.
Test and verify solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
Deploy new solutions and manage existing ServiceNow applications and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of solutions.

What you bring:

Several years of experience in software development and solution management.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow and its modules.
Proficiency in Glidescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Engine, and UI Builder.
Knowledge of data management and solution deployment in ServiceNow.
Experience in developing both standard products and custom applications within ServiceNow.
Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes and ability to apply process improvements in other business domains (e.g., HR, Security, Finance & Accounting).
Experience with integrations using standard and custom APIs.
Ability to manage smaller development initiatives and coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
