Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs
Manage, monitor, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations
Integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure AD and Opera Cloud
Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with organizational goals

What you bring

Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules, applications, and customization capabilities
Strong programming skills in JavaScript with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and XML
Solid understanding of database concepts with hands-on experience in SQL
Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including Azure AD and Opera Cloud
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (preferred)
Additional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or related frameworks are an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor and support fellow developers
