Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
- Work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
- Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to automate HR processes.
- Configure security roles, access controls, and HR data models in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of HRSD solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.
- Maintain system documentation, perform system upgrades, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) module.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
- Experience with HR case management, employee lifecycle events, knowledge management, and self-service portals.
- Understanding of HR processes and policies, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement process improvements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
