Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow System Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow application to support business needs.
  • Gather and analyze new requirements to optimize the existing platform and ensure it meets evolving business demands.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance the performance, functionality, and usability of the ServiceNow modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and how they are applied within ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with platform capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Relevant certifications within ServiceNow or ITIL (highly meritorious).
