Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions
- Define architecture and technical design aligned with platform standards
- Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow platform
- Ensure maximum use of out-of-the-box functionality to reduce technical debt
- Work with JavaScript scripting and API integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects
- Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices
- Coach and support developers within the team
- Ensure adherence to CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Drive testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities
- Participate in architecture discussions and long-term platform strategy
- Collaborate with external vendors and delivery partners
- Work in agile teams to deliver incremental value
What You Bring
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience with ServiceNow SPM module
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Specialist in ServiceNow implementations
- Hands-on experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, APIs, integrations)
- Solid understanding of out-of-the-box solutions and technical debt minimization
- Experience working in complex programs and multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on delivery
