Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead – CHAIN Application Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead technical implementation and deliver maintainable, custom-built solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Drive continuous improvement and development of the CHAIN application (built on ServiceNow)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient code
Plan and execute various levels of testing including system, integration, and acceptance testing
Design and implement robust APIs to support seamless system integration
Work in a structured, agile environment with a strong focus on quality and performance

What you bring:

Deep hands-on knowledge of the CHAIN application and related business processes
Proven experience in leading technical implementations on the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of SaaS platform architecture and best practices
Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
Expertise in code reviews and various testing methodologies
Advanced proficiency in API development and system integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer is a strong plus
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
