Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Site HSE&S Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Register and maintain incident reports, compiling relevant statistics
- Control certificates and driving licenses to ensure compliance
- Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to discussions
- Conduct site introduction courses for new personnel
- Perform routine site walks to ensure HSE&S presence and offer guidance
- Lead weekly HSE&S inspections in collaboration with contractors
- Deliver HSE&S presentations and training sessions for site personnel
- Ensure compliance with Swedish legislation, site requirements, and client expectations
- Assist contractors and subcontractors in performing safety job analyses
- Update the Work Environment Plan and related guidelines as needed
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly HSE&S reports
- Investigate incidents and ensure follow-up on mitigating actions
- Organize and execute HSE&S campaigns to promote a strong safety culture
- Assist in conducting emergency exercises and preparedness drills
- Work in shifts when required
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HSE&S Manager
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Swedish health, safety, environmental, and security regulations
- Experience working in an HSE&S role within a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to systematically manage safety processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate and guide personnel
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with contractors, management, and other stakeholders
- English proficiency is sufficient for this assignment
