Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead all on-site activities throughout project phases including start-up, construction, commissioning, and handover to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery
• Plan on-site operations in collaboration with the Project Manager, defining resource requirements, equipment needs, and project milestones
• Coordinate with customers and external stakeholders to align on construction targets, site policies, and health and safety requirements
• Take full responsibility for the site from initial handover by the customer to final return upon project completion
• Serve as the primary site representative, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and local stakeholders
• Oversee handling, storage, and installation of equipment and materials to prevent damage and ensure efficient site logistics reporting
• Ensure that comprehensive and compliant risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are developed and maintained for each work package
• Promote and enforce health and safety standards among all on-site teams and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs on-site, track spend against forecasts, and estimate final costs in alignment with budgetary goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure that the latest revisions are consistently used throughout construction activities
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met for successful project delivery
• Provide regular reporting to the Project Manager on progress, health and safety, quality, and financial performance

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction and/or installation projects
• Sound knowledge of transmission regulations and up-to-date health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive, solution-focused, and collaborative working style
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, and good command of English
• Bas P and Bas U certifications are advantageous
