Senior Software Architect within ADAS and AD - 11741

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Architect within ADAS and AD to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and oversee the development of software systems with clear architectural design towards industrialization.
Design and integrate various software systems from embedded to AI within advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD).
Coordinate and manage technical teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Drive administration, time planning, and delivery timelines across all subprojects.
Engage stakeholders, including line managers and leaders, to secure commitment and collaboration.
Create conditions for successful change management and maintain momentum in transformation work.
Contribute to solution discussions with expertise in software architecture and automotive systems.

What you bring:

8+ years of experience in software development and design.
Several years of experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers.
Solid experience in designing scalable architectures for vehicle sensors, ECUs, or connected vehicles.
Previous experience in leading technical teams or designing large-scale applications.
Expertise in programming (C, C++, Rust, Python).
Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive).
Knowledge of functional safety, ISO26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and tools (FMEA; FMEDA etc.).
Fluent in Swedish & English.
