Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Configuration Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Tune and configure complex software to include the correct components, ensuring project features are delivered as expected.
Deliver production-ready software and associated documentation on schedule.
Provide first-line support for project software issues and participate in early project phases.
Develop and maintain tools within the software tool chain.
Manage relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.
Handle technical complexity issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
Share knowledge and act as a trainer or coach to peers, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
Build a broader T-shaped profile by deepening expertise while collaborating across the wider Group network.

What you bring:

Strong can-do attitude, learning mindset, and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in software development with advanced knowledge of:
Version control systems (e.g., Git)
Atlassian tools: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
Scripting tools, preferably Python or MATLAB
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and software tool chains.
Experience in embedded software engineering and automotive technology.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global organization with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
