Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with IT Security Focus to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Develop software in alignment with the customer’s guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate on defining and implementing functions that meet the project’s IT security requirements.
- Analyze IT and information security requirements, structuring them to assess the current state and devise a plan to meet these requirements.
- Utilize tools to visualize data, enhancing clarity and communication within the team.
- Conduct security analyses and manage accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Share your knowledge and experience with team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
- Contribute to a positive and well-functioning team dynamic through proactive communication and a positive attitude.
What You Bring:
- Strong business understanding and customer focus, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience in requirements analysis and management, particularly in compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, KSF/ISM, PMFS, NIST, and export control regulations.
- Knowledge and experience working in an international environment, understanding the complexities of global IT security standards.
- A structured approach to work with strong analytical skills, capable of navigating complex security challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to collective success.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, with strong communication skills essential for the role.
