Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (ETL/GDL) – Instrument Panel & Cockpit to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and manage the Instrument Panel (IP) team based in Gothenburg, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee internal and external development plans in collaboration with system suppliers across Europe.
  • Report project status and progress to Project Management.
  • Manage and communicate Change Requests effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions and team execution with overall project goals.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an ETL/GDL or Lead Engineer, preferably within Interior development.
  • Proven track record in product development within the Instrument Panel and/or cockpit area.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle tight schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to achieving team and project goals.
  • Preferred knowledge of tools and systems such as KOLA, KDP, PDM-Link, Team Center, Catia V5, and Jira.
