Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Manager (R&D Department) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Oversee complex projects within R&D, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals
- Actively participate in software implementation and development, maintaining up-to-date programming expertise
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers, testers, application scientists, and product managers
- Facilitate effective DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and source control (Git), to optimize development processes
- Engage hands-on in product development, working with teams on technical challenges, continuous improvements, and innovation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, especially for pharma and medtech industries, in software development processes
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of software management experience, preferably in high-tech or software-driven industries
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects, with a strong record of meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Proficiency in .NET (C#) and experience in desktop UI development with MVVM; experience with WPF is advantageous
- Hands-on skills with DevOps tools and practices, such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in ORM, particularly with Entity Framework Core
- Experience with firmware development (C/C++, STM32) and familiarity with distributed software systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for pharma and medtech software development
- Collaborative and innovative mindset, with a commitment to driving excellence in product development
