Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive and design solution architecture for a large-scale integration program
Secure business-critical integrations in the short term and build long-term scalable integration solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams across multiple IT portfolios
Manage dependencies and align priorities across several organizational units
Work closely with stakeholders internally and externally, including the acquired company
Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in integration design and execution

What you bring:

Solid experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex organizations
Proven background in banking and finance, preferably with knowledge of lending or mortgage domains
Strong track record in complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working in agile organizations with cross-functional teams and dependency management
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
