Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and future-proof technology solutions aligned with business strategy and long-term architectural vision
• Develop architecture blueprints and roadmaps, ensuring system coherence across platforms, integrations, and services
• Lead solution design from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using distributed, event-driven, and API-based architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction, enable delivery, and solve complex architectural challenges
• Provide architectural guidance across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to operations
• Promote best practices within architecture, development, security, and system reliability
• Contribute to governance processes and ensure architectural compliance across solutions and platforms
• Mentor development teams and foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement
• Support data-driven decision-making by enabling modern data flows, integration strategies, and insights-driven architectures
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to prioritize value delivery and balance short-term needs with long-term goals
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and architectural patterns that enhance organizational capabilities

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a holistic understanding of complex systems and enterprise environments
• Broad hands-on experience across system and product development, from concept to production
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API strategies
• Experience designing secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Ability to connect technology, people, and processes to drive measurable business value
• Experience working data-driven and applying insights to guide architecture and design decisions
• Ability to balance technical excellence with practical business needs and delivery constraints
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive alignment and influence decision-making across teams without formal authority
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong technical culture
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and solving challenges in situations with evolving requirements
• Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and technical innovation
• Experience with rules engines, workflow automation, Spring Boot, or Vue.js is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
