Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend architectures for complex processing systems.
- Guide and support development teams in architectural decisions aligned with a defined target architecture.
- Drive the modernization and migration of legacy systems to microservice-based architectures following Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical guidance within and across teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, technical discussions, and evaluation of design approaches.
- Ensure architectural compliance with best practices, standards, and long-term organizational goals.
What you bring:
- Extensive professional experience (9–12+ years) as a Software Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions in complex software environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of architectural direction and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in Microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures.
- Practical knowledge of Kafka and related event-streaming platforms.
- Experience working within or for public sector authorities (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Broad technical expertise and the ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms
