Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate with development and operations teams to build and enhance a common platform for infrastructure and applications.
Support teams in establishing, configuring, and deploying services in OpenShift.
Guide teams on best practices for development, deployment, and operations within containerized environments.
Assist the operations organization with administration, platform management, log handling, and monitoring.
Document solutions, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote effective and sustainable ways of working.
Identify and drive improvements in development and operational workflows.
Introduce and maintain standards for security, automation, and observability.

What you bring:

Proven experience working with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production environments.
Strong understanding of integration platforms such as IBM Fusion.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and microservice architectures.
Solid knowledge of security, monitoring, and logging in OpenShift environments.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Helm, or GitOps.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both development and operations teams.
Strong communication and teaching skills for knowledge transfer and documentation.
