Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as the key relationship link between the DDA, business SMEs, regional Service and Solutions teams, and external suppliers.
• Understand market challenges, customer priorities, and competitive issues, and bring them to the Stable Team for discussion and decision-making.
• Manage, develop, and maintain solutions, including continuous improvement, change request management, and project execution.
• Represent IT solutions in the market and act as a point of contact for business and departmental leads.
• Execute the design and delivery of continuous improvements, small-to-medium projects, and solution support.
• Engage and coordinate with Digital & IT functions to ensure consistent deployment of processes, tools, and technologies.
• Align with DPO, DPM, and Stable Teams priorities in accordance with the Digital Strategy.
• Partner with business leadership and stakeholders to define opportunities, prioritize projects, and evaluate based on ROI, compliance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Communicate project information to market leaders and functional managers.
• Share insights on technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage.
• Provide business insights, manage expectations and service levels, and follow up on business benefits post-implementation.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, business solution design, and stakeholder management within software delivery projects.
• Experience with microservices, cloud-based, and monolithic architectures in international and multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST API testing, API integration methods (APIs, MQ Message Queues, Batch, CSV), and web application development.
• Understanding of C# code, XML, JSON data formats, and software development lifecycle (CI/CD, test/UAT/dev environments).
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and database validation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman, SOAP UI, Visual Studio, and Mind Manager.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Foundation, Salesforce Fundamentals, and Trailhead platform basics.
• Strong understanding of financial or captive industry business processes and trends.
• Analytical and planning skills with experience in expense forecasting and management of outsourced or managed services.
• Ability to execute and support organizational change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence decision-makers, collaborate across organizational levels, and build networks.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in ensuring effective solution delivery.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
