Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Interface with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for the FCAM project using .NET and complementary technologies
- Lead technical delivery and act as Tech Lead, driving the North Star Review process and Life Cycle Management
- Develop and maintain applications including both backend (.NET) and frontend (React, TypeScript) components
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with architectural guidelines, standards, tools and quality requirements
- Collaborate closely with product teams to secure availability, performance and stability of digital products
- Provide detailed functional and non-functional specifications for proposed solutions
- Identify, design and propose improvements and new features aligned with business needs
- Resolve issues together with business stakeholders and ensure effective problem-solving
- Analyze current technologies, conduct tech watch, and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Document and maintain requirements related to updates, legal needs, customer experience and system evolution
- Contribute to digitalization efforts of the Köping Factory while supporting and decomposing legacy solutions
What you bring:
- Strong full-stack development experience in .NET with working knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Ability to manage DevSecOps aspects including coding, CI/CD and Git/GitHub workflows
- Proven Tech Lead experience within software development or solution engineering
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on IT solution development experience
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
- Strong knowledge of modern architectural approaches and design principles
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a digital factory environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technologies and propose fit-for-purpose solutions
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
